UK regulator reveals remedial measures in retail banking

Overdraft warnings are one of the corrections the UK Competition and Markets Authority has made as part of its retail banking investigation.

As previously reported in 2016, the CMA announced its plans to get banks to “work harder for customers” and ensure that “the benefits of new technology are fully realized”.
